The Planning Board attorney has advised the board members that it should not discuss the quarry land at this time, because of the ongoing litigation between the quarry owner and operator [MQI and Tilcon] and the township. The board has so far accepted his recommendation. There are good reasons for the board to discuss future use of the quarry land now. I hope to resolve this disagreement amicably.
